Reporting Agent
The Reporting Agent pulls the numbers you'd otherwise chase across five tabs — bookings, revenue, leads, AR aging — and delivers one weekly report in plain language, with anomalies flagged ("no-shows doubled this week"). Every figure links back to its source system. The agent never invents a number: if a source is unreachable, the report says so instead of guessing.
Setup from CAD $2,500+ Care from $495/mo
What it handles
- Pull bookings, revenue, leads, and AR aging from your tools every week
- Write one Monday-morning report in plain language — no dashboard to decode
- Flag anomalies against your own baseline, like a spike in no-shows or a dip in leads
- Link every figure to its source system, and say plainly when a source couldn't be reached
Where it stops
The agent reports; it never acts on the numbers. It never invents a figure — an unreachable source is reported as unreachable, not papered over. What to do about an anomaly is always a human's call.
How do I know the numbers are right?
Every figure in the report links to where it came from — the QuickBooks report, the Stripe dashboard, the HubSpot view. You can click through and check any number in seconds. The agent never computes a figure it can't trace to a source.
What happens if one of my tools is down?
The report says so, in that section: "Stripe was unreachable this morning — revenue figures are from last week's pull." It never fills the gap with a guess or a stale number presented as fresh.
What does it cost?
Boilerplate setup from CAD $2,500, plus Care from $495/mo. Less than the Monday morning you currently spend rebuilding the same spreadsheet.
What counts as an anomaly?
Movement against your own history, not generic thresholds: no-shows doubling, AR past 60 days growing, a lead source going quiet. During setup we agree on what's worth flagging so the report stays short instead of crying wolf.
Can it also make the changes it recommends?
No — it's a reporting agent, on purpose. It tells you no-shows doubled; deciding whether to change your deposit policy is your job. If you want an agent that acts, that's a separate build with its own guardrails.
