Inbox Triage Agent
The Inbox Triage Agent works your shared inbox the way a good office manager would: it classifies every incoming email — sales lead, support request, invoice, spam — routes it to the right person, flags urgent items, and drafts replies for the routine asks. It never auto-sends; every draft waits for a human to approve. At the end of the day you get a digest of what came in and where it went.
Setup from CAD $2,500+ Care from $495/mo
What it handles
- Classify every incoming email — sales lead, support, invoice, or spam — as it arrives
- Draft replies for routine asks; drafts only, a human approves before anything sends
- Route each email to the right person and flag urgent items in Slack
- Send an end-of-day digest of what it handled, routed, and left for you
Where it stops
The agent never sends an email on its own — every reply is a draft a human approves. Anything ambiguous, sensitive, or from an unhappy customer gets routed to a person with context, not answered by the machine.
Will it ever send an email without me seeing it?
No. It writes drafts and stops there. You (or whoever owns that inbox) review, edit if needed, and hit send. That rule is not configurable — it's how the agent is built.
How does it know who to route things to?
During setup we map your routing rules with you: invoices go to bookkeeping, support to whoever handles it, leads to sales. When an email doesn't fit any rule, it lands in a review queue instead of being guessed at.
What does it cost?
Boilerplate setup from CAD $2,500, plus Care from $495/mo. If your team spends an hour a day sorting a shared inbox, the math is short.
What if it misclassifies something important?
Nothing gets deleted or auto-answered, so a misclassification means an email sat in the wrong queue — visible in the end-of-day digest, not lost. You correct it, and the correction feeds back into the rules.
Does it work with our CRM?
Sales leads it identifies get logged in HubSpot with the email attached, so nothing promising dies in the inbox. Other CRMs are scoped during the audit.
