Privacy policy

AI Humans collects only what you submit through our forms (name, business, email, phone, and the details you provide) and privacy-first, cookieless analytics. We use this to respond to you and improve the site. We do not sell your data. Our privacy officer is Joaquim Miro. You may request access to or deletion of your data by emailing hello@aihumans.dev. In the event of a privacy breach affecting your data, we will notify you and the Commission d'accès à l'information as required under Québec's Law 25. Voice demo conversations are kept as anonymized text transcripts for 30 days for quality purposes, then deleted; audio is not stored. Transcripts are processed securely by our conversation infrastructure providers under data-processing agreements.
